Assam down town University was represented at UCSI, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by Dr. Dr. Saikat Sen, Professor & Dean, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science where he participated as a PlenarySpeaker at the Innovation Congress (ICON) and the International Research Conference on Pharmaceutical and Allied Sciences (IRCPAS 3.0).

He delivered an insightful talk on “Translational Pharmacology as a Bridge between Discovery and Patient-Centered Innovation,” addressing key challenges and future directions in translational research. During his visit, he also engaged with academic and clinical excellence through interactions at UCSI University, UCSI Hospital, and an industrial visit to Y.S.P. Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., gaining valuable exposure to advanced healthcare and pharmaceutical practices.
