Assam down town University proudly participated in the Joint Admin Exchange Program hosted by the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia.
Representing the university, Prof. Dr. Ananta Choudhury, Director IQAC, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science, AdtU and Dr. Nitul Jyoti Das, Deputy Registrar (Academic), AdtU, engaged in a week-long academic and cultural exchange alongside administrators from partner institutions across the globe.
The program opened with a warm welcome and ice-breaking session, setting the tone for meaningful interaction. Throughout the week, the delegates took part in structured events, interactive discussions, and departmental visits, including key offices such as the Directorate of Human Resource & Organization, the Directorate of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Education, and the Quality Assurance Office.
One of the significant highlights was the “Let’s Study Abroad” session, where Dr. Choudhury and Dr. Das presented educational opportunities in India, introducing ITS students to the growing global relevance of Assam down town University. The programme was enriched with cultural immersion activities, a student talent showcase, and an excursion to the scenic Bromo Mountain, culminating in a closing ceremony with certificate distribution.
This international collaboration not only strengthened Assam down town University’s global academic footprint but also fostered mutual learning, institutional growth, and enduring partnerships beyond borders.
