The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science at Assam down town University successfully organized a One-Day Workshop on IPR Protection: How to Protect Your Inventions.

The session, led by Dr. Dr. Daisy Sharma, provided valuable insights into Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), patenting strategies, and the evolving landscape of research commercialization. The workshop emphasized the importance of safeguarding innovations emerging from academic research, especially UG and PG projects, as highlighted by Prof. (Dr.) Dr. Saikat Sen Sen.

With active participation from faculty members and research scholars, the workshop fostered engaging discussions and practical learning. The interactive Q&A session further enhanced clarity on patent filing processes and real-world applications.
