A long-standing custom that marks the start of the holiday season, Assam down town University held its eagerly awaited annual Cake Mixing Ceremony. Students, teachers, and staff came together for this happy occasion in a colorful demonstration of solidarity and celebration. In the cake-making process, a variety of dried fruits, nuts, spices, and liquors are blended and then allowed to marinate before being baked into mouthwatering Christmas cakes.

More than merely a culinary practice, this long-standing custom represents wealth, harmony, and the giving spirit. AdtU embraces the joyful spirit that the season provides while upholding the values of community and solidarity by taking part in this ceremonial event.
