Assam down town University contributed significantly to government led “hashtag#HarGharTiranga” initiative, aimed at fostering national pride and unity.

This event saw the participation of 25 dedicated cadets from AdtU, who played a pivotal role in distributing flags at Panikhaiti Primary School and Chandrapur Primary School. The involvement of these cadets highlighted the university's commitment to national causes and community service.

The 60 Assam Girls Battalion NCC, under the leadership of CTO Dr. Sangita Boro, and the 50 Assam Air Sqn NCC, guided by CTO Dr. Santa Mandal, were integral to the success of the event. Their efforts involved the distribution of flags, also extended to actively participating in a rally alongside the students of Panikhaiti Primary School.

Through these activities, Assam down town University and the NCC cadets supported the government's vision of reinforcing national identity and solidarity, demonstrating a collective dedication to celebrating and upholding the values of our nation.
