AdtU Academician Meet 2026 brought together distinguished academicians, industry leaders and students at Assam down town University to engage in meaningful dialogue on “Inclusive Development Models for North East India: Reimagining Management Education through Leadership, Sustainability, and Regional Growth.” 

The event celebrated knowledge, collaboration, and innovative ideas aimed at shaping future leaders and strengthening regional development through transformative management education.

The event was graced by distinguished academicians, respected faculty members, and eminent industry leaders, including Guest of Honour, Ashok Das, Former Director, Human resource, Oil India Limited whose insights on leadership and human resource development added immense value to the gathering.

A key highlight of the event was the presentation of the B-School Initiatives, showcasing the university’s commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-academia collaboration. The Associate Dean’s presentation further elaborated on the academic vision and framework designed to nurture future-ready leaders and innovators.

An engaging open discussion session on the theme “From Job Seekers to Job Creators: The Role of BSchools in Regional Entrepreneurship” encouraged meaningful dialogue among academicians, industry experts, and participants. The discussion emphasized the importance of empowering students to become entrepreneurs who contribute to regional economic growth and sustainable development.
