The 6th Edition of Pop-up Kitchen was successfully held at Assam down town University, organized by the Discipline of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Faculty of Commerce and Management.
This initiative, aimed at providing entrepreneurial exposure to students, allowed them to showcase their culinary skills while selling a variety of delicious food and beverages. The students of 6th and 2nd Semester of BHMCT and 2nd Semester of DHM prepared an exciting menu featuring Chili Momo (Veg & Non-Veg), Jhol Momo (Veg & Non-Veg), Chicken with Pulao, Cinderella Mocktail, and Arabian Lemon Pudding.
The event served as a platform for students to test menu ideas, interact with the community, and gain hands-on experience in food entrepreneurship. The success of this initiative was made possible through the collective support and motivation of faculty members and HOD Dr. Bhola Chourasia, Dr. Santosh Kumar Upadhyay, Mr. Mridu Pawan Rabha, Mr. Ritwick Goswami, Mr. Jyotirmoy Choudhury, Mr. Mriganka Oza, Mr. Santanu Sarma, Ms. Meenakshi Das, and Mrs. Arjina Begum. Their guidance, along with the dedication of students, ensured a well-organized and engaging event.
