The Ranking Ceremony of the senior NCC Cadets from the 60 Assam Girls Bn, NCC, of Assam down town University was held with great enthusiasm and pride on 12th September 2024. The event was organized to recognize the leadership potential and dedication of the cadets by conferring ranks. The event commenced  in the presence of the PI staff, CTO- Dr. Sangita Boro and the junior cadets of the university.

The various ranks conferred were- 1 Cadet Under officer, 1 Company Quarter Master Sergeant, 1 Sergeant, 3 Corporal  and 6 Lance Corporal. It symbolizes their new roles and responsibilities within the unit. The Ranking Ceremony of the NCC Cadets was a memorable occasion, marking a significant milestone in the cadets' journey, and reinforcing the core values of the National Cadet Corps.
