10th ‘Pop Up Kitchen’ Showcases Student Culinary Talent and Entrepreneurial Skills in a High-Energy Food Fest

The 10th edition of “Pop Up Kitchen” at Assam down town University wrapped up with a sizzling success as the Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Faculty of Commerce and Management turned the Hospitality & Tourism Management Lab into a vibrant hub of culinary creativity and entrepreneurship.

The event showcased a deliciously curated menu featuring crowd favorites like Chicken Biryani as the main course and Jalebi Rabdi for dessert . Students managed everything from kitchen operations to customer service, offering a real-world taste of the food and hospitality industry.

With enthusiastic participation and positive feedback from faculty, staff, and fellow students, the event once again proved to be an ideal platform for hands-on learning and entrepreneurial growth.
