A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Assam down town University and Magitech Innovision Pvt. Ltd., aiming to foster a strong academic partnership for the benefit of students enrolled in the Faculty of Commerce and Management, Faculty of Engineering, and Faculty of Computer Technology at Assam down town University. Magitech Innovision Pvt. Ltd. is an IT and cybersecurity consulting firm that offers web and mobile app development, AI-based solutions, research, professional IT training, app penetration testing, product development, custom application development, maintenance, and design services to clients worldwide.

The primary focus of this MoU is to create a collaborative framework enabling students to gain practical exposure and industry insights, particularly in the field of Paramedical Sciences. This agreement marks a significant step towards bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical application in technology.
