As part of the program, a culinary competition called "Rock on Fire" was arranged, in which nine teams consisting of Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology students participated. After showcasing their culinary skills and creativity, three teams were declared winners. The MasterChef winners shared their experiences and inaugurated the Limca Book of Records certificate for making 517 assorted pastries in 3 hours and 44 minutes, in which a team of 25 in-house chefs comprising students and faculty of BHMCT participated on May 11th, 2022. Overall, it was a day filled with celebration and recognition of the culinary talents of BHMCT students and the winners of MasterChef 2023.
