Details of Students' Grievance Redressal Cell

In accordance with the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, the undersigned is delighted to announce the appointment of an Ombudsperson and the establishment of a Students' Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) at Assam down town University. The following individuals have been selected to facilitate the resolution of specific grievances of both current students enrolled at the university and prospective students seeking admission, in accordance with the terms of reference outlined below:
