Director, IQAC and NEP 2020 implement centre

AdtU is planning to strengthen its IQAC and implement NEP 2020 with immediate effect. To provide leadership towards effective functioning and visible outcome, the university is looking for a Director with strong credentials and proven leadership ability.

The followings are the role and responsibilities of the Director

1. IQAC:

1.  To formulate benchwork for quality standards in Academic, research and outreach in the university.
2. To device effective mechanisms of documentation.
3. To co-ordinate with Deans of Faculties and guide them for setting the higher quality standards in each faculty.
4. To lead the IQAC team in documentation, preparation of presentation of AdtU accreditation, and quality ranking exercise carried out as per the requirement of the Accrediting and Ranking bodies.

       2) NEP 2020 Implementation Centre:

1. To coordinate the between the Deans and the higher authority in different aspects of the implementation of NEP 2020 in AdtU from 2022.
2. Creation of a database of all NEP 2022 implementation activities.
3. To keep the university authority apprised on the national level program in NEP 2020 implementation and to create a database program of innovative ideas employed by NEP 2020 implementing institutions in the country.
4. Preparation of an organogram of different categories of employees of AdtU to be involved in NEP 2020 implementation and monitoring of the program of function on the basis of the organogram.

  Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

       The applicants for the position should possess

1. Ph.D. in any discipline of Science or Humanity
2. Should have ____________

1. Sound Academic credentials and communication skills.
2. And proven leadership ability.
3. At least 10 years of academic, research publication and outreach experience in IQAC related activities in Govt or private institutions.
4. Quality Research publication.
5. Motivational Skill.
6. Ability to establish linkage with the institutions of higher learning.
