Who can Apply :
- Researcher/ Industrial delegate / Academician / Research Scholars/ Students (PG, Final year UG)
- Presenting author should be a registered delegate for the seminar
Type of Paper to be accepted :
Only Research Paper
Note :
Only Presenting author will receive the certificate of presentation

- Time : 8 min (6 +2 min)
- Only MS power point (ppt.) 2003 version onwards will be acceptable.
- Not more than 15 slides.
- Presenting author should present the power point presentation as per the seminar schedule.

| Poster Presentation |
Who can Apply :
- Researcher/ Research Scholars/ Industrial delegate/ Academician / Students
- Presenting author should be a registered delegate for the seminar
Type of Paper to be accepted :
Research/Review paper
Note :
- Only Presenting author will receive the certificate of presentation
- During paper evaluation presenting author must be present in front of their assigned place

- Presenters will be exhibiting their posters as per the seminar schedule.
- The area provided for poster presentation will not be more than 90 cm wide by 105 cm height.
- The sizes of the letter should be such that a viewer can read it from 2 meter distance. The message should be clear, understandable and self explanatory.

| E-presentation |
Who can Apply :
- Researcher/ Research Scholars/ Industrial delegate/ Academician / Students
- E-presentation will be accepted only for those who are interested to present their paper but not able to attend the seminar.
- Corresponding author (will be consider as presenting author) must be registered for the seminar.
Type of Paper to be accepted :
Research/Review paper
Note :
- Corresponding author (Presenting author of E-paper) will receive the soft copy of certificate mentioning his E-paper presentation (separate participation certificate will not be provided).
- Corresponding author (Presenting author of E-paper) will receive soft copy of Souvenir and Abstract book through e-mail.
- Electronic poster (E-presentation) will be displayed during seminar on laptop computers based system over the seminar E-Poster area.

- Corresponding author (Presenting author of E-paper) should submit the poster (which has to be display) to organizing committee on or before 25th January, 2025 along with delegate registration details.
- A single page pdf file will be accepted for E-presentation. This file should be prepared similar to poster presentation.
