Assam down town University hosted an expert session on the GRE and TOEFL exams, featuring Manish Goyal, Business Development Manager at ETS (Educational Testing Service), the world’s largest private educational testing organisation.

The goal of the workshop was to give students, particularly those in their final and pre-final years, critical views on these standardized tests, which are necessary for entrance to graduate programs and universities across the globe. With over 50 million exams administered annually in more than 180 countries, ETS made sure the session was comprehensive and educational. Manish Goyal's lecture covered the structure and duration of both the GRE and TOEFL exams, as well as an outline of the subject assessed. He offered important study options, including official ETS materials, online courses, and practice tests, to assist students in properly preparing.

The session also provided information on scholarships and financial aid options available to those taking the GRE and TOEFL, encouraging students to pursue their educational aspirations without financial burdens. The session was well-received, with students expressing appreciation for the insights shared, which clarified the exam processes, and also motivated them to pursue their higher education goals with confidence.
