Overview of the Programme

The objective of this course is to give an introduction to kitchen with all the basic requirements to work in a professional kitchen. This course aims to prepare the students to cater to the needs of the industry. It would inculcate in them sound knowledge of the principles of Food Production so that they can be put to use in an efficient & effective way.
