What is this Programme about?

Assam down Town University in association with Gayo Fitness Academy and Transformers Fitness Academy launches its Department of Exercise Sciences. The department will cater to the need of the rapidly growing fitness, wellness and sports industry.

With a host of intelligently designed courses to suit the requirements of the industry the department will empower and equip students to handle different requirements of the merging industry.

The Diploma in Strength and Conditioning is designed for fitness professionals who want to work with sports teams, school and collegiate athletes and fitness professionals of different disciplines.

It will help them design and implement safe and effective conditioning programs for athletes, of all age groups, based on their particular needs.
